We are pleased to offer international shipping to customers around the whole world, directly from Brazil.
We ship basically everywhere, with a few rare exceptions.
If you don’t see an available shipping option when checking out, it’s because we don’t ship to your location.
We have business accounts with FedEx and DHL, two of the most reliable and trusted international couriers. This ensures significantly faster transit times than the regular mail, and also cheaper shipping prices, as we benefit from the contract discount with both couriers.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. You can view the estimated shipping cost for each product, but a more accurate rate will be shown at checkout, after you’ve added everything you want to your cart.
Please be aware that we ship from Brazil, so smaller orders may have relatively higher shipping costs. However, when you order multiple items, the shipping cost per item tends to decrease dramatically.
If you are in a remote area, you may get unusually high shipping charges on checkout. Both DHL and FedEx charge “Remote area” fees to some zip codes. The only alternative in this case is getting your package shipped to a friend or relative in a big city nearby.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving payment. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or for custom-ordered items. If there are any significant delays, we will notify you via email.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends or national holidays.
Delivery times may vary based on the destination and can be affected by factors such as flight availability, weather conditions, and customs delays. Please keep in mind that packages often pass through multiple countries before reaching their final destination, which can sometimes result in delays.

Please be aware that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping costs. As the buyer, you are fully responsible for any applicable taxes related to your order, including sales tax, value-added tax, customs duties, and excise fees.
The shipping carrier or customs authorities may contact you to request further details regarding the import fees, such as proof of payment, the purchase invoice, or the intended use of the purchased items.
There will be no refunds for returned packages if the customer refuses to pay the import fees or fails to provide the required documents to customs or the shipping carrier.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the FedEx or DHL websites:
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will reach out to verify your information. You will be required to cover the cost of reshipping the package to the correct address, or we will issue a refund, deducting the original shipping fees and return shipping costs.
Please ensure your order details are accurate, as returns can be costly for us!
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date your item is delivered, giving you plenty of time to request a return if necessary.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
We will refund you once we receive the items back and verify their condition.
Shipping costs are not refundable.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please take pictures of everything, including the carrier packaging, and contact us immediately. We will work with FedEx or DHL to resolve the issue, including filing a claim for lost or damaged items when necessary.
Please note that without photos of the items and packaging, we won’t be able to open a claim or issue a refund for damaged items.
Packages will be deemed lost if there are no tracking updates for more than 15 business days, excluding the time the package spends in customs.
