Shipping and Delivery
Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders from Brazil, using FedEx and DHL as couriers.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to the whole world, with a few exceptions.
If your country doesn’t show up on the checkout country selection list, it’s because we don’t ship to your country.
How long does shipping take?
It varies according to destination, but It’s almost always below two weeks total transit time. Check our approximate shipping times table on our Shipping, Delivery and Returns Policy page.
Can I track my order?
Yes you can, you’ll get a tracking link on your email.
You can track your shipment on FedEx or DHL’s website.
What are the shipping options available?
FedEx International Economy, FedEx International Priority, and DHL Express.
Are there additional import duties or taxes on my order?
It depends on where you are. USA and Canada are usually tax-free.
European countries have varying laws, but you’ll have to pay VAT when importing to most EU countries.
It’s your responsibility to check weather import fees should be expected or not for your specific case.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, and cryptocurrencies.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, let us know immediately.
We don’t guarantee we can cancel it, but usually if it hasn’t been shipped yet, it can be cancelled and refunded.
Do you charge sales tax or VAT?
We do not charge sales tax or VAT on our store purchases. Any applicable import taxes, duties, or customs fees are determined by the local customs authority in the destination country and are the responsibility of the importer. Please check with your local customs office for more details on potential fees when receiving your order.
Is my payment information secure?
We will never have access to your payment information.
Our credit and debit card payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal, which are industry leaders and offer top-notch security.
Crypto transactions are inherently secure.
How do I know I can trust your store?
You don’t have to take our word for it, you can pay with your credit card or PayPal.
In case anything goes wrong, you can ask for a chargeback and get your money back.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You can return your items up to 30 days after delivery. You have to return them unopened, in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are on you.
How do I return an item?
Email us asking for a return, and we’ll give you an address to ship your returned items to. Once we receive them and check their condition, we’ll issue your refund.
Are there any fees for returns?
We don’t charge any fees for returns, if the returned items are in their original condition.
